Reasons why a request is denied

When you register for access to the Customer Portal, an email is sent to the Account Admin on the account for their approval. If there is no Admin account created, the email is sent to Customer Service for review and assistance.

 

If the request is denied, you will receive the following email:
Hello,

Your request to link your individual user profile to company SWID - SW***** has been denied.

If you have any feedback (positive or negative) as to the way your query was handled, we invite you to send your comments to CS-Feedback@solarwinds.com

Reasons why the request is denied are:

  1. Admin does not wish for the contact to have access to the Customer Portal.
  2. Email requesting access has different email domain from other contacts on the account.
  3. The account does not hold any valid licenses.
  4. The SW ID entered is not a valid Customer ID.
  5. Individual User Profile for the email address has already been created.
