This article describes why you have received an email entitled:
Individual Account Creation Disapproval
When you register for access to the Customer Portal, an email is sent to the Account Admin on the account for their approval. If there is no Admin account created, the email is sent to Customer Service for review and assistance.
If the request is denied, you will receive the following email:
Your request to link your individual user profile to company SWID - SW***** has been denied.
