Overview

This article describes how you can change your password for your Individual User Account within the Customer Portal.

 

Steps

If password has been completely forgotten and needs to be reset, please refer to:

To reset your password via your Customer Portal, follow the below steps:
1. Go to the top right corner of your portal and select User Profile Settings.

 

 

2. Select Change Password.

3. Complete the fields and your password will be changed.
