Display a map view on a dashboard

  1. Click Add Widget on a dashboard.
  2. Click Map.

The default map widget displays all available VMs, hosts, datastores, clusters, and applications. To switch object types, click the object counter at the bottom of the widget.

  1. Click File:Success_Center/New_Articles/VMAN_Admin_MT/090/060/03000010_15x15.png > Edit Widget > Context.
  2. Select a Context Type.
  3. Click Add Items to Context, and select the objects you want to see in relation to other virtualization entities.
  4. Click Save.

The map widget now displays the selected objects and the objects related to them.
