Scheduled report error: Your browser rejects cookies

Unable to receive a PDF report and the following error message is displayed:

Your Browser rejects Cookies



This issue may occur due to the permissions of the domain user account that is specified in the report scheduler.


Change the domain user account to Orion local account in the report scheduler:

  1. Open Orion Web Console > Report > click the Report or Page you wish to have in PDF format through email.
  2. Copy the URL.
  3. Click Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Alerting, Reporting and Mapping > Report Scheduler.
  4. Create a New Report Scheduler Task by clicking  Add.
  5. Name the Task > Continue.  
  6. Paste the URL in the field Add a link to a Web Report or Page.
  7. Continue and Complete the Task.

You must use Orion Individual Account (not domain) account when creating the Report Scheduler Task (see screen shot above).
