Reports show warning when server is renamed

The SolarWinds server is monitored with agent but reports show warning (yellow) when the server is renamed.


  • NPM version 11.5



This may be due to a corrupt agent config or install files.



Uninstall and re-install the agent and reboot the server to fix the issue.
