The following message appears when clicking on a custom menu item:

Page Cannot Be Displayed


  • All SAM versions
  • All NPM versions


An incorrect URL is placed in the Edit Custom Menu Item settings. 


  1. In the Orion Web Console, go to Settings -> Customize Menu Bars.
  2. Find the problematic menu bar and click Edit.
  3. In the Selected Items list, find the problematic menu item and click the Edit button.
  4. Update the URL and click OK.
  5. Click Submit.
