Incorrect data in the Advanced Alert Manager menu

Overview

Some users may find incorrect data in the drop-down menus for creating or editing an alert.

 

 

Environment

NPM 11.5 and earlier

Cause 

This can be caused by UAC or user permission issues.

Resolution

  1. Run the Advanced Alert Manager as an administrator.
  2. Disable UAC on the server.
