Disable Memory Polling

Overview

This article provides steps to disable the memory poller in the database. 

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

1. Go to the Node Details page of any node and check the URL bar to get the Node ID.

2. Open the database Manager and add the default Server. Click Start > Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced >     Database Manager.

3. Go to the SolarWinds Database.

4. Find the table Pollers.

5. Query the table adding this query, where NetObject = 'N:191'.

6. Find the memory Poller. For example,  N.Memory.SNMP.CiscoGen3.

6. Move the slide bar to the end of the Enabled column  and clear the box.
