This articles discusses the critical warnings received on the monitor and how to resolve them.

NPM 11.x


Network Performance Monitor (NPM) only displays the information related to your devices. In the above example, it is showing High packet loss, Node down and Group down. 

This issue cannot be resolved from this screen as it is only showing the current state of some of the devices and groups.

Work with your Windows and Network teams to find out why these system are reporting high packet loss, why your group is showing as down and/or why you Node is reporting to be down.


Possible cause can be many, from a network cable, NIC, your device not configured right and many more.
