Change the idle time for mobile clients

This setting controls how long a session can be idle before it is closed. The minimum is one minute. DameWare recommends shorter idle times. Changes to this setting take effect immediately.

  1. Navigate to Gateway > Settings.

  2. Select Session is terminated after number of minutes in idle state.

  3. Click Edit in the Action bar.

  4. Enter the idle time in minutes. The minimum is one minute.

  5. Click OK.
