Event filters are saved on the workstation running the console. If you move to another workstation, export the filters to your new workstation. This allows you to share the filters between workstations. You can also import filters provided by SolarWinds.

  1. Open the Monitor view.
  2. In the Filters pane, select the filter group that will store the new filter.
  3. Click File:Success_Center/Reusable_content_-_InfoDev/LEMUserGuide_MT/090/0D0/Button-Gear(Gray)_12x10.png and select Import Filters/Group.

  4. Locate the filter you want to import and click Open. To select multiple files, press Ctrl key while clicking each file you want to import.

The imported filters appears in the filter group you selected in Step 2.
