The Build view provides options for customizing LEM behavior.

These options include:

You can view custom and pre-configured rules in the Build > Rules screen. This screen includes:

  • Groups
    Creates and manages lists of users, computers, and information.
  • Users
    Creates and manages LEM Console users.
  • Rules
    Creates and manages rules that correlate events from different systems and instructs the LEM appliance to respond accordingly.
    • A GUI editor, similar to the editor used in Filter Creation
    • A community rule set, organized by event-centric categories
    • Thirty-five active responses you can assign to custom or pre-configured rules
