Overview

This article addresses the issue where there is no NetFlow data after migrating an Orion server.

Environment

All NTA versions

Cause

This occurs when Windows Firewall is enabled and is blocking traffic on the NTA receiver port.

Resolution

Perform any of the following options:

  • Disable the Windows Firewall. Refer to Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
  • Create a rule to allow traffic through the NetFlow Receiver port.
Note: The default port is 2055.
