Unable to license and start ipMonitorSrv service

1. Did the partition where ipMonitor is installed, run out of disk space?
2. Try the following:

a. Stop the ipMonitorSrv service (if it's not already stopped)
b. Rename the file \ipMonitor\ipmonitor.lf to *.oldlf
c. Copy the file \ipMonitor\ipm9.dat to \ipMonitor\ipmonitor.lf
d. Start the ipMonitorSrv service and try to login.

Are you able to? If not, proceed as follow:

Does the file exist, if so, does it shows an error with a return code of: (8,2) or (13,2)

To fix this situation, simply proceed with the following steps:

a. Download the following file to the \ipMonitor\ directory:

b. Double click licenserepair.exe
c. Open a cmd prompt and change to the .\ipMonitor\ folder
d. Run the following command:

ipmservice9 ???sitecode

This will sync alias references.

e. Go to the "Software licensing" section of the Configuration program (click "yes" when prompted to start the service) and go to the Software Licensing section, does it now show the license?

f. Try using the Administration interface, are you able to?
