Certain groups or users are unable to login to the Enterprise Operations Console even if those groups or users are able to login to NPM or SAM. Only users with local administrator rights are able to login to EOC.

All EOC versions

A configured Group policy removed "Everyone" from the default setting for security purposes.

  1. Run gpedit.msc
  2. Expand Computer configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Right Assignment.
  3. Add the AD group or User to the policy “Access this computer from the network” (Only Administrators are listed).
  4. By default "Everyone" should be included on the list.
