Overview

This article provides steps to transfer files from your mobile device. 

Access your files from anywhere with Serv-U’s revolutionary mobile interfaces. No special applications are required to work with your files on Serv-U and access is protected with highly secure HTTPS.

SolarWinds does not support the following:

  • Apple iPad, iPhone and iPod, Google Android phones
  • Microsoft Windows Mobile devices
  • RIM BlackBerry
  • Amazon Kindle Fire

Environment

  • Serv-U version 12.x or later
  • Windows Vista/7/8, Server 2008/2012 - C:\ProgramData\RhinoSoft\Serv-U (Folder is Hidden in Windows by default)
  • Windows 2000/XP, Server 2000/2003 - C:\Program Files\RhinoSoft\Serv-U
  • Linux - /usr/local/Serv-U

Steps

1. Go to the mobile browser.

2. Enable Desktop View.

3. Go to your FTP URL. You should be able to view WebClient page.
