Overview

This article addresses an issue that prevents tickets with selected parent-level request type from displaying in a ticket report. When this issue occurs, the Ticket Report total differs from that total of a ticket query search using the same parameters.

Upgrade Web Help Desk to version 12.4.1 or later.
