Overview

This article addresses the issue where the ticket resolution email is missing both a survey link and confirmation resolution buttons.

Resolution

Upgrade to WHD 12.4.1 where the issue has been addressed. Refer to SolarWinds WHD 12.4.1 Release Notes.
