connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Environment

Cause

The port number specified from the .whd.properties file is incorrect.

Resolution

  1. Open the .whd.properties file inside \<WebHelpDesk>\conf\.
  2. Change the whd.db.port value to 20293.
  3. Save the file.
  4. Restart the WHD Service.
