Unable to add users to data owner configuration in ARM

Overview

This article details an issue in which adding a user or user group to the data owner configuration cannot be completed.

Environment

  • Access Rights Manager

Cause

This issue is caused if your version of Microsoft .NET is out-of-date.

Resolution

  • Update your system with the latest .NET patches.

Check online for updates as the required patch may not be provided by your WSUS.
