Controlling volume usage email alert notifications in Loggly
This article serves as a guide on how to limit the recipients of volume usage email alert notifications in Loggly.

Overview
When your daily volume usage reaches 80%, 95%, or 100%, the system will automatically send an alert email notification to all product admins/owners except for members with product user role.

If you want these notifications to be just sent to specific administrative recipients only, these are the following options.
a. Those recipients who received them must unsubscribe to that email notification. This can be seen at the bottom of the email and they just need to click "Unsubscribe From This List" and proceed with the next steps.
b. Member of the account that has "admin/owner" roles must downgrade to "member" roles. Use our Manage Users features on how to update users access roles to Product and Organization.
