SolarWinds.Orion.Web.InformationService.SwisQueryException: Error: A query to the SolarWinds Information Service failed. ---> System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: There was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://localhost:17777/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Orion/Streamed/certificate that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

Cause

SolarWinds Platform is not functioning properly

Resolution

Repair the SolarWinds Platform:
  1. Connect to the SolarWinds server remotely.
  2. Open SolarWinds Platform Service Manager from the SolarWinds Platform folder of the start menu.
  3. Select Shutdown Everything.
  4. Run Appwiz.cpl from the search function of the start menu to open Programs and Features.
  5. Select SolarWinds Platform and Repair.
  6. Complete the Configuration Wizard.
