Cause

2025.2 introduced security improvements to the SolarWinds Platform. When simulating the “Send Email” alerting action, the HTML style attribute is not executed inside the Simulation popup. The actual email message is sent as expected.

Resolution

This issue affects only the preview in the SolarWinds Platform Web Console. Allow the action to fire and send the email message, and confirm the message is received as expected.
