You must create a custom report that brings the information of the HWH_HardwareInfo ID and HWH_HardwareInfo NetObjectID

The table containing the Model and Service Tag information is HWH_HardwareInfo
Query example:

SolarWinds collect the Serial Number, Service Tag and Model via SNMP, if the information is missing from SNMP you must create a Universal Device Poller (UNDP)
