NPM fails to generate the URL for Excel or CSV report types.

Cause

The Report Limitation Category is set to no reports instead of default.

Resolution

Change the Report Limitation Category to default.

Click Web Console > Settings > User Accounts > Manage Accounts.
Select the account that is used to generate reports, and then click Edit.
Change the value for Report Limitation Category to Default.
Click Submit.
