Cause

The information service logs show that the schema may be affected.

Resolution

  1. Using Windows Explorer, browse the Orion Programs folder.
    e.g. \Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\
  2. Edit the file ConfigurationWizard.exe.config in this location using Notepad.
  3. Search for the XML element <appsettings/>, and then add the element <add key="Packaging.Internal.RepairMode" value="true"/> within it.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Stop all SolarWinds Services and website - Start and stop Orion services
  6. Run the Configuration Wizard choosing all the three options - Run the Orion Configuration wizard .
