Overview

This article provides information about a issue where the polling engines page shows two Poller (Could be APE / Primary pollers ) with same name and IP.

Upon checked the entries in DB there is only one Engine listed i.e no duplicate rows.

The issue is only noticed in rare cases after customers upgraded to 2022.4.1 or 2023.1 and it DOES NOT have any functional impact on product usage.

Cause

Exact cause is not known but it is confirmed as Bug

Resolution

This is confirmed as bug and a fix will be included in future release. For workaround contact solarwinds Technical support and share diagnostics from main poller.

Note: This problem does not have any functional impact while using the Solarwinds App.
