This article explains the settings which need to be configured in N-central for PSA tickets to close on return to normal.
N-central servers with any PSA integration.
Configure the notification: Go to Configuration > Monitoring > Notifications, choose the notification, and under trigger details, select the "Notify on return to Normal" setting.
Configure the ticketing recipient: Go to Administration > PSA Integration > Ticketing, and under notification settings, in the section "When an issue returns to normal", choose the status you want to change the ticket to.
