Question:

How to troubleshooting issues with LANsurveyor's discovery results.


Resolution:

Here's what I need you to do:

1. Turn off continuous scan (If it is turned on)

2. Restart LANsurveyor.

3. Ensure that all logging is turned on in Tools->Options->Logging

4. Do a new discovery.

5. Zip up and email me the following log files from the "\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\SolarWinds\SolarWinds LANsurveyor" path.

a. "LANsurveyor Log.txt"
b. "Session Log.txt"
