Why do I see a message stating "CPU Load and Memory Utilization Unsupported or Unknown Value" within the Orion Network Performance Monitor website for certain devices?

Resolution:

You will see a message stating "CPU Load and Memory Utilization Unsupported or Unknown Value" on the Orion website when CPU and Memory Utilization was not selected as a resource to be monitored. You can check this by opening the System Manager, right-clicking on one of the nodes showing CPU and Memory Not Supported, selecting List Resources, and ensuring that the CPU and Memory Utilization checkbox is checked. If CPU and Memory Utilization are not listed in the List of Resources then the device does not support the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB.
